Is Politics Today Follow the Money, Not the Message?

Many people don’t know what they’re voting for, they concentrate on who they’re voting for. Money helps perpetuate this. The races become personality/popularity contests. Can an outsider with a message of smaller government, personal freedoms, fluoride-free water, debt reduction, better roads, and lower taxes beat the entrenched government/political machine/media complex? Is that day in American politics a thing of the past? Can the Logie/Heartwell dynasty ever be broken or will we soon add the next generation? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

If you’re one of the rare citizens of this city that votes on issues, you’ve come to the right place. If you like what you see, share on Facebook, tell your friends, because you won’t be getting any campaign funded flyers from me in your mailbox.

I’m John George and I approve this message.
